The owner wanted the leather pad off and a Kick-Ezz on.No problem. No holes.Very thin knife blade. Cut at the line between wood and pad. Off comes the pad (glued with rubber cement) and on goes the new. Leather pad saved. If a new owner wants to go back, unscrew and reglue.
