The best leather pads I've seen done here in the U.S. are from the shop of James Flynn.

My 1878 hammer gun has a Flynn/Hodgins (combined effort) leather covered pad installed on it. The work is impeccable. The widows peak is also referred to by some gunsmiths as a "Teet" or "Nub". If you want the pad with the nub, you will more than likely have to use a S.W. Silvers pad. Some imaginitive gunsmiths can actually make a nub out of left over plastic material and add and blend them on the the base of the pad, sometimes this looks good, sometimes you can see the seam and it looks awful. Choice is yours.
