A couple years ago I purchased a little English 16 from them. After inspection I decided to return it--just wasn't the gun for me. Reaction was very polite and refund was immediately made. Can't say more for any dealer. They have a lot of guns so suggest you ask them to have the particular piece in hand and ask very specific questions--this goes for all dealers.
