OQ6.5 is comparable to between a second and third level BLE or a first and second level BLNE - not unrealistic. OQ4 is heavy use bun no abuse - that looks OK as it is still showing a tad of CC. Stock finish and barrel color are much easier to renew that CC.
The Jones UL seems to be OK, giving away only a bit of price to toplever guns and nothing to snap underlever type guns. The damascus pattern is one of the more standard grades - a higher grade gun would have a much finer pattern. Stock wook looks good, but would be better for a higher grade. Modest engraving speaks of a modest grade gun. If it were an OQ5 grade, it would be $3600 in level CC4. I think it is priced close to right for what it is.
