That data was reported about 10 years ago by Tom Armbrust and was for the then new 'Featherlite' load AA12FL8.
The Winchester WinLite Target Loads (also AA12FL8) now have 26 gm (about 15/16 oz.) shot, but when first introduced had 28 gm. I have not seen pressure testing results.
