On a recent vacation trip I stopped in an out of the way gunshop which is part of my annual circuit. It doesn't handle many of the double guns of interest to this group, but his inventory of rather scarce older rifles was way up. The recession has had a deep impact in that area and the numbers of closet queens being turned in to cash is certainly way up. But that is the reverse of this question - he is a dealer picking up inventory cheap and his racks are crammed. He was quite happy to sell me one of his guns on that day at a favorable price.
