I ran a box of the featherweight shells through an 1897 damascus LC Smith with no problems. I was planning on continuing to do so. CHAZ

That data was reported about 10 years ago by Tom Armbrust and was for the then new 'Featherlite' load AA12FL8. The Winchester® WinLite™ Target Loads (also AA12FL8) now have 26 gm (about 15/16 oz.) shot, but when first introduced had 28 gm. I have not seen pressure testing results.

Well, I tried a couple of Featherweights in my 2 1/2 " 12 ga Belgian SLNE, not exactly a Bury, no problems, they were easy to pull out, no firing pin drag marks on the primers, so I'm mystified. I did so want to shoot them in the Billy Evans. The gun is marked "James and Reynolds, London" on the rib, Brit BP proof marks and all. But screams Liege at you Nice twist barrels I am thing of sleeving onto my Lang. The gun was given to me for destruction, but sometimes I do not do what I am told.... Mike

Hogdon lists a factory duplicate load for the 26gram Featherlite AA at 5600 psi.
I believe that they use once fired hulls for all their published load & pressure data.
