Stan, I am having difficulty understanding what you mean. If I have a gun that shoots both barrels to the same place at 40 yards but it happens to be 20 feet away from where the gun is pointing is that a regulated gun? Your last post would seem to confirm this interpretation. Maybe you are adding to the language barrier.
