According to press reports the United Nations is trying to create a treaty to regulate the aquisition and movement of all conventional weapons, from pointed sticks to Aircraft Carriers!
Canadian Government representatives are trying to amend the the treaty to exclude sporting and hunting guns together with relevant ammunition. For once our government is on the right track! This is already proving to be a controversial/political issue in Canada.Just wondered what position was being taken by other countries; in particular, countries such as the U.S.A; U.K. Spain and Italy who are engaged in the manufacture/trade of sporting guns?
