I have a K20 28 gauge, 32"....it's a really nice gun, weight wise. I bought a case of B&P 15/16oz loads and the gun soaks up the recoil from these nicely.

One thing that a good friend of mine pointed out, Krieghoff bores their 28 gauge barrels out to approximately .543 while Perazzi will bore their 28 gauge barrels out to .555 from the factory (you need to ask the dealer to order from Perazzi the .555 bore size). He has said he has received better patterns, from the Perazzi than the Krieghoff from the overbored barrels.

I'm kind of on the fence with this 28 gauge underbore/overbore and whether to sell my K gun and go with a P gun in 28 gauge: I am breaking clays from 40+ yards out so the K20 28 gauge works for me. I still would like to try a MX20/28 though.

When I inquired about a set of 28 gauge barrels for my MX20, the barrels alone cost $5600 and with a forearm, cost $7100. cry A whole new gun, the MX20 with 28 gauge barrels, fixed choke, would cost around $11k.
