I like the gun, sorta. But the last comments got me even more confused. Steve says the gun was never assembled, IM says it came completely assembled...Doesnt matter really, but now I am curious.....

IM is correct.....but boy certain things just did not fit up like one would expect, like a the fore end iron which would not even begin to go on the gun.....one of those Galazan mysteries I suppose.

Sounds like possibly the gun had some warpage during the case hardening process & your the lucky guy that got to do the hard fitting.

FYI,
These guns came fully assembled in the white, wood finished & checkered. They were a fully fuctioning gun waiting for an order to come in for a custom engraved A-1 special repro. How Galazans got them to sell I have no-clue, but boy I wish I would have bought one!!!

That's a pretty gun I'd be proud to own. And even Caty's frown lines are gorgeous.

Don't get me wrong it's a nice looking gun...but if you paid allot of money for the engraving (not the Belino) you should ask for some of it back.
