Unfortunately you'd need to anchor a tanker next to it to keep it warm in winter; I suspect that it is a "Summer Only" residence except for the poor local guy who keeps the pipes unfrozen and knocks the ice off the roofs (a job I WOULDN'T want, especially the last part....).

I just looked at all the pictues and there's one thing that's notably absent. Where is the den/gun room? Jim
