Does anyone live in/near State College/College Park Pa?
Not specifically interested in Hunting/fishing/etc opportunities right now (but definitely later).
Due to short-notice dramatic changes I may wind up going out there to help a friend with his business. If so, it will be on a shoe-string budget, or less, and a need to find inexpensive rental/house-sitting (temp or???) as well as other info about what/where/etc of basic life.
I do know that it is "Happy Valley" with a good quality of life in a nice area at modest costs dominated largely by Penn State U.
