Sacrificing a broke rib to protect your barrels is pretty strong, but really does not seem to me to be in the same league with stepping in front of a low shot-string on a dove shoot to keep the barrel dings at bay. If the gun is in your hands when you receive the incoming mail, how does the barrel get hit without you getting hit?? I thought old Roy Rogers and the Lone Ranger were pretty good, shooting guns out of peoples' hands. Tricky, only hitting a barrel with a shotgun pattern.
