Mike,
From the top view, it mimics yours almost exactly. Mine does have a heavily swamped rib, so perhaps a bit less odd in that respect & carries the heavier 'triple' proof. I'm not set for the digital pic thing just this moment and will have to extricate the gun to get some pics taken for you. Rabbit has been most kind in the past to post them for me once I have them in a transmittable form, so perhaps a week or so removed at present if I can get them shot and coerce him to lend a hand. I will make an effort to get something posted for you.

There are differences, but the bolting is the same as is the engraving from the top view. I had Kirk Merrington go through it for me after it was acquired and had the tighter choke opened to a more modern 'full' spec. It had .054 points in it originally(!!); my imagination is short of what that might have been about as was Kirk's. It's bank vault tight on the lock up and a nice all day carry gun for a few shots behind dogs. I have no desire to shoot anything heavy in it entirely because I would be on the receiving end. I'm mostly shooting light 24 gram or 3/4oz. loads in the 12's these days for targets and mostly use 20's for birds [dove & quail]; however, have made an exception for that one from time to time. I go to #6's for a lot of bird shooting preferring them to remain edible even when well centered. I also tend to take the second volley and always keep others in front of me when hunting behind dogs, so having choke is usually advantageous & have confidence in the sixes bringing the bird(s)down & to hand.

I am aware of the thots concerning sixes, but practice taking 'no low birds', ever and don't use them in crowded dove fields where others might be in range on the far side of a tiny trap or field. Being in the panhandle, I know you can appreciate what I'm saying.
