During these years, Lefever appealed to a more customized market. Almost a carriage trade, but not in the english sense. It would be very difficult to tell exactly what bead was used on this gun. The ones I have seen have all been brass. But that may just be my limited exposure.

With all the options listed in the various catalogs, I have never seen one mention the bead. But again, maybe I just missed it.
