The main thing about surgery is to be scared, not leaving it to the doctor. Surgeon friends tell me that fighting spirit, the will to get through, is what they look for on the table. (I was there last week.) Warm regards, King

Hi guys, quick update, spent 6 hours wenting for operation today, even got to theatre gown only to be told they had to cancel due to a complicated operation before me. Pissed off because we were all psyched up for it...now have to wait for new datte...I hope it's soon, next week.

Thanks guys. I'm trying to take the silver lining of having an extra week at least with my family, and it's half term next week, so hey, there is an up side!
We all went to the local clay shooting ground today. I shot the Wild which was tremendous fun and it's actually a really nice shooter.
Will start to sand the stock down on this Clarke tomorrow I think!
