I suspect SkeetX is correct for question #1. As for #2 it depends on where you draw the line.

Does an L C Smith 00 or Field, Ithaca #1 or Field, Fox Sterlingworth, Parker Trojan or even V or P fall in the "High End" catagory???

Even with their low total production Lefever Arms Co can't be totally discounted when it comes to the highest grades of US built guns.
