Strange but true. I've consulted some sources and empirical data suggests that there was a retail outlet in Liege or possibly a sourcing office for the likes of Jules Bury, Louis Christophe, A.J. Defourney and possibly other Belgian craftsmen. Also there appears to be some cross sourcing or relationship between Louis Christophe & Jules Bury. So we may not be much better off than before. But if any of the above is true it would go along way in explaining the quality of the few pieces we see as retailed by A.M. Mainwaring.
