I don't see the city Sarcelles, some 10 miles North of Paris; therefore, it may have been a shooting school or pigeon shooting area. G-R may have had a similar facility at Issy-les-Moulineaux.

That is if all the Mainwaring names like Mainwaring & Cie at 65 Victor Emmanuel III Avenue, Paris are one in the same or heirs & assigns. Mainwaring & Cie seemed to peddle lower rung models.
