For you guys that use this stuff, do you use it as a lubricant and apply it to all metal surfaces (ie moving parts in the action like the ejectors and barrel lumps) or just as a surface protectant for exposed surfaces?

The manufacturer claims that applying it to the bores results in less fouling and therefore less cleaning is required - is this consistent with your experience?
