They say throughout Latin America that a sure way to make a good return is to buy an Argentinian for what he�s worth and then sell him for what he thinks he�s worth. Now that�s funny!!!! But you can�t hardly blame some of them for suffering from a superiority complex when your people go and erect a huge statue of San Mart�n in the middle of Santiago.
