Why, in the name of good reason, do you want a motor case? If made to traditional design, and the latch fails, they are about 100% more likely to dump your gun onto the pavement than a good trunk case. The lift handle of a motor case is on the lid of the case. And if your latch fails, you'd better have some good security straps to keep your Purdey/Holland/Boss from becoming one with Mother Earth.
As you may gather, I hate the bloody things. But suit yourself.

I didn't really consider that aspect of their design. I wanted a motor case for the novelty of it, and I was thinking of a double case which seems to me better proportioned in a motor case.
Plus if you see me carrying a Purdey or Holland and Holland around call the police, it's stolen!
