Thanks Pete wink

JMC, I made one shot and killed two geese - one shot, two kills. The rest three shots I made on flying geese, but one and half second delay and they were beyond fine shooting distance, moreover they were turning in the air and rising higher, difficult shooting. So I missed. But the third goose I took as you liked. Goose landed, waited for several seconds, then flushed and been killed.
For geese I use high velocity 1 1/4 oz lead shots #1-3 by local maker Glavpatron (it means The Main Shell), very good and deadly shells.

Excellent calling! Was that a pinkfoot or a bean goose? I couldn't tell from the quick look there at the last. The other is a European Whitefront I believe?

Geno, I predicted, in my mind, that the extra shots were at the flying geese. One of these days, I'm going to take a "big shot", but I have not done it so far. Several years ago, my friends and I had an invitation and an opportunity, but unfortunately, the big guns were about 140 miles away. I have some great pictures of "big shot opportunities" taken in Dorchester County, Maryland, that I would post if I knew how.

Destry. Goose with white belly was Bean Goose. There is no Pinkfoot here, they are in Great Britain and Scandinavia mostly.

Geno, Thanks for sharing. The calling was excellent. Sounds very similar to our Canada over here. You have been mentioned before as an excellent call builder. Please expand on the call you used and hopefully pics of your calls. Where is your Irish Setter to haul in the birds? Randy
