Thanks for the link. That rifle is pictures in Winfer's latest book, the Webley and Scott volume. The pictures will help to recreate the rifle.


I don't know what the action will be when it grows up. There is not a lot of information out there on the action, and very few pictures of intact originals. If I end up building it for myself it will be an attempt at restoring it to original configuration with a contemporary chambering.

So many vices, so little time...
