I have been shooting Parkers since '84. I picked up this 1894 10ga B grade this January. I really like it and have enjoyed shooting it taking over 100 crows with it since 2/1. Now that I have had this 1894 I would like to find a straight grip FE 12ga.

For you Remington SxS fans--- the 2012 American Custom Gunmakers Guild raffle gun is an 1894: metalwork by Larry Peters, engraved by Kenny Majors, metal finishing by Pete Mazur, and stocked by our friend Doug Mann. Keep an eye on their website www.acgg.org for more information and ticket availability. BTW, there are still tix left for this year's offering, a beautifully crafted double rifle; details on the ACGG site.

I have a 1873 hammer lifter, 1889 hammer gun, 1894 in B,C,and F grades. Also have a number of Parkers, but firmly believe Remington made a gun as good as anybody. You don't see the B,C,D,E, or Special because they made so many of the guns for the working man. It's kind of nice they aren't so collectable, it's keeps the price down a little for those of us who like them. Paul
