Vol423 posted I fear that the future of hunting in both our nations is at risk due to the younger generation not being interested in hunting Not quite M'Lud, take heart. A pic from Feb this year of my friend Matt, 12, with his first driven pheasant. I wasn't present but I know that drive well and there are few easy birds; his Dad said it was a corker. He was using my .410 bolt action Webley and Scott. I've seen Matt shoot clays and he's (very) good, a real cool little customer. Matt enjoys his days beating, works his ferrets on rabbits having shot a few with his air rifle, and potted woodpigeon over decoys too. Eug

Well spotted!! The day was at my ground and I am one of the silly bu**ers who got dressed up in fancy dress - well breeks etc. Have a look at.. http://s763.photobucket.com/albums/xx278/Perrinsshotguns/?start=260#!cpZZ1QQtppZZ16 You may need the pass word 12boreshotgun. if you want to see some more of the guns which were there. The Perrins Owners Club web site is.... http://www.perrins-gunmaker-of-worcester.org.uk/If you know of anyone with one please get them to make contact with us - either through the web site e-m link or PM me.
