Misfires are where you find'em. They come and they go, in the same brand. Almost all the misfires I have, and see, are from primers seated too deep. I have more misfires with American "big name brand" shells than with any others, including shells manufactured in Argentina. Last trip there I fired 5350 rounds of 20 gauge, RD CAZA, I think they said on the boxes, without one misfire. Not one!

OBTW, never a misfire with Polywad 12 ga. 7/8 oz. 2 1/2" loads either.
