It is a Birmingham proofed Webley & Scott action and dressed to the mid to lower-mid level if it were to carry that name. The "Winchester" dimension might add more for collectors of such. And there's nothing wrong with a snap-on forearm. I've owned a Woodward with that attachment. Best, Kensal
