I have a question on your chamber measurement.
How was it done,
Do you mean a 3' loaded shell will fit in the gun.
or
Was a chamber gauge used
or
Was a chamber cast made.
Please assist

I do not know the answer to your question. I took the word of the seller, who has certainly been around these types of guns for a long while. That does not mean, however, that he knew what he was doing, or did not simply make an error.
It really shows absolutely no sign of any work having been done in the chambers. I suppose there are those skilled enough to polish out such, though.
Any suggestions on how to next proceed will be appreciated.
