L.Brown, the underlever is just as fast as the top lever
I know it because a single shot of almost the samy system is a very common gun here, and I've seen some folks do some very fast shooting with one
like, press the opening lever with right hand middle finger, shake, the gun opens itself, the shell is ejected, in the meantime the left hand travels to the pocket for the new load and back, drop the shell in, close in the same motion with shouldering, fire. It takes not much more time, actually, than operating a pump. With this in mind, I wonder if the Ideal double could in fact be faster than the traditional design
