Never braise ribs. Always go with the traditional slow smoked ribs.

I did have a Uggie .410 a while back with brazed ribs. Not tasty. But, it seemed pretty solid. I had the barrels hot blued, knowing there was no solder to worry about. I believe the original blue was hot salt as well. The AYA #2 I had, I either couldn't tell or it never came up. I just don't recall how they were attached.
