Did Craig say he lived in a municipality, or around other people? There are actually people on this board who live way the heck away from ANY other people, and where there is no law against discharging a firearm in your own yard. Me, for one.

The idiots who were shooting in the air inside the city limits should pay with a life sentence for killing the young girl. But, the whole world is not a city in Arizona, and she was not killed with a blank, or even bird shot I'll wager.
