My Reproduction 28 gauge M/F measures 0.020" and 0.038". I use a Skeet's bore gauge. I do all right with the gun on wild Bobwhites though. If I was subsistence hunting I would have the chokes opened.

As I am taking the difference between the two measurements to get choke I think they are accurate readings. I have less confidence in my bore measurements, 0.554" and 0.555"
