I recently looked at Parker VH, my goal is to pick up a shooter. The gun was in reasonable shape considering it was made in '24-25, the exterior showed lots of use, a little rust pitting on the barrels and the stock would likely need refinishing but no cracks or repairs. It locked up tight and wasn't buggered up to my eye. Though the price was most reasonable what squelched the deal was the left bbl. was scored from just past the chamber to 3-4" from the muzzle. I've now got some regrets for not jumping on the deal. Your thoughts?
