I had a GB deal that went south last year. Gun was a 10 not a 12 as listed and described. Seller answered emails before sale but his answers were outright lies. Tried every thing to get the gun returned to the seller. He did not answer the phone, ignored emails, and then refused the package when I returned the gun to his FFL. So much for the agreed upon three day inspection period. Refused to refund my money. Refused to admit that the gun was a ten bore instead of a 12, like they swell in shipping. The fact that he described the gun in far better condition than it was is no surprise.
Sent multiple emails to Gunbroker, no real response or help. The seller ended up giving me a bad feedback. I got dinged and GB did squat. So it will be a cold day in H... before I give GB anymore money by using them. There are too many places to buy guns to have to put up with this level of bad service and out right dishonest business practice. Hope your sale ends up happier than mine did.
