I have talked on the phone a few times with them. The guy was a little hard A-- the first time but seemed better the last time I talked to them. Yes I don't like dealing with people who do not list there prices, makes me think they can make them up as they go.

Owner/proprietor is REALLY difficult, arrogant and uncooperative. Tough to do business with the guy. He has a lot of nice guns; pretty much all priced on the high to very high side--high even by Greenwich standards. I have often wondered how he stays in business; maybe this is a hobby for him.

I have read this site a bit ,but seldom ever seen a need or felt compelled to post. That said, I will add my personal thoughts(and that is ALL they are)to this thread. I have known Hani Hafez since meeting him at a Flyer shoot in Reno in 1986.While some find him difficult to communicate with,I have always had excellent relations with him in any and all dealings. He has a knowledge of high end guns that most on here can only hope to match with a lifetime of study, and by the size and quality of his inventory, one can readily see that he is willing to put his $Money where his Mouth is. Without going into his personal life,I will only state that he is/was a very sucessful business person in other (more lucrative) fields long before opening his current establishment. He is well thought of by many who take the time to get past an occasional difficult first encounter. The company he travels with both here and abroad are fine guys who certainly don't haul with any Horse'sB---s. I'll go on out and put my name behind this rather than a moniker. Best Regards, and good shooting to all, Paul Melton

Some years ago I was put off by their abrupt telephone manners. Also, the foreign accent, prices and inventory made me wonder if the company was a scam.
Although I can not vouch for Eurochasse, I can vouch for Paul Melton.

We were visiting our daughter in the City a couple years ago and took the train to Greenwich for the day. I had called earlier and he was somewhat abrupt on the phone, but when we got there, he was very helpful and spent quite a bit of time we us (me). I didn't buy anything, but the shop was definitely there, at least at the time. And the guns looked just as nice in person as on the web site.
