I forgot to dig out that article.....the listing only came to my attention a day or so ago because it wasn't labeled very well (not specific "Manufrance") The seller listed the whole corporate name. Spoke with him on Monday. He had no idea what it was except he thought it was very well made.
I decided after not too long you were more determined than I was.
I thought it would clean up very nicely. Would be curious to know once you've had a look if you think the inlay in the stock is factory or not.
