Yes, he can get worse. He has no conception of reality either in this incident or the future of this country. Hopefully, even the liberal indoctrinated types are beginning to understand this
tragedy to our Country.

Although I cannot own an M1 Carbine in NJ (it is an assault weapon but I can own an M1 rifle), the mere fact that the UN wants to disarm me makes we want to own as many rifles as I can afford. Why would the UN want to disarm Americans. It must be that they are concerned that we are all killing each other. Maybe if we are disarmed they can send UN forces here to keep us in line.

I have had discussions about Obama with my liberal friends (?) and they still think he is wonderful and is a natural born citizen. I think there is no hope there.

Of course this would be the choice of action! The purchase and sale of these rifles could create jobs and stimulate the economy with private sector dollars by a simple gov't signature. That would be anti billion dollar gov't spending! Hey maybe Public Television could get their hands on them an give them away for a $1000. pledge?

Ahhhhh..... Grasshopper, you fail to understand Obamanomics;

This will generate many thousands (if not the fantom 3 million+) jobs save/created. Private sector jobs have no meaning, only Government Bureaucrats and their kin have any meaning. And they shall propagate a thousand-fold to smother the land and control the riff-raff......

Depends, the old Rifles seem to fit this defination:

An old collectible item, desirable because of age, rarity, condition, utility, or other unique features; an object that represents a previous era in human society.

Exactly, I often have my folding stock Carbine with me when I travel through "The Hood", which seems to have expanded considerably.

"Antique" has a very specific legal meaning in terms of most firearms regulations. "Antique" refers to a rifle, shotgun, or handgun manufactured prior to 1899. Antique rifles, shotguns, and handguns are not considered "firearms" by most Federal and state firearms regulations and are exempted from them. Of course, New Jersey and several similar states do not recognize this exemption.

In any case, M-1 Garands and M-1 carbines are unfortunately not legally "Antiques".

"Our" leader? To paraphrase the old Lone Ranger-Tonto scenario "Where do your get this "WE" $%#$- white man?"" He sure as hell ain't my leader, and he can have my NM Garand non-assualt rifle and my 1903 NM sniper rifle with flash cone and Unertl 12X when he can get through my door and pry them from my cold dead hands (Thank you kindly Chuck Heston- like Reagan, you too would have been a great former actor now Prez)

Of all the stupidity Obama has shown, *&^%canning Gen. Stan McChrystal was the top of the ladder- a numbnut who never wore a uniform, never ran a Kool-Aide stand, made his way from corrupt Chicago politics with his "smoke and mirrors" to campaign against a decorated Vietnam Vet, paid off the corrupted Clintons with the appointment to "Billary"- Our Country is going to hell in a handbasket when Chelsea's wedding and now Paris Hilton's problems in Sin City are big news-- You can bet your M60 chamber brush that our two-faced POTUS boy will continue his anti-gun ownership program with every loophole his clowns can conjure up against our diminishing Second Amendment rights..
