As a lifelong resident of a town in Springfield, Massachusetts this especially rankles. You can bet there's pride here in the first armory in the country and the guns manufactured there. Among an ever decreasing bunch of men. You want to knkow where Mr Garand lived for a while? Pine point. Bad section of town now. I honestly can't take it when I read the same old bs about "safety concerns" "pose a threat" "we don't want machine guns in the wrong hands" etc etc ad nauseum. Even worse is actually HEARING the words and SEEING the heads they come out of. Fluffer-nutter brains on auto-pilot since liberal college days. Can Obama get any worse? The answer is YES! And who wants to bet he'll call for a meltdown? Then the government will have to buy ALL of them, more wasted spending = more taxation. It's infuriating knowing you can't ever talk reasonably with the likes of these Hillary fellas.
