I'm set up to hone 10 gauge barrels but would caution you that honing typically does not remove very much metal - .002-.003". If the pitting is deaper they would need reamed first, but only after checking the barrel wall thickness to be certain there's enough metal to ream and hone them.

I've had great success with Brileys in the past and would highly reccomend them if they need reamed. They have the tools and expertise to fo a first rate job. Don Hansen.
