I don't imagine that gun, in that gauge at that price, went down hard at all. I didn't need a drink before I called about it. Course it is a bit unorthodox for an Ideal, hee hee hee.

Turned out to be a good gun and I am keeping it. Especially liked the bolt release on the trigger guard.
The gun is more attractive in the flesh than in the photos.
It hasn't been reblacked. Safety is a little stiff but I bet a little Marvel Mystery Oil can clear that up.
