Get a copy of the Dixie Gunworks catalogue, not only will it give you access to parts but it has a huge reference section that gives recommended loads etc.

BTW 16 gauge is as close as Dixie it gets.
Heavy 3 1/8 drams BP - 1 1/8 ounces shot
Medium 3 drams BP - 1 ounce shot
Light 2 1/2 drams BP - 1 ounce shot
