I recently discovered that the Yoke--the part that connects the top lever axle to the rotating bolt--was broken on the Fox I have. I have a new part in hand, but it is not drilled for the screw. I am wondering if anyone has drilled one of these, and if so how they would go about setting up the drilling operation to achieve the correct hole location?

I am picturing putting the entire action in a vise on the drill press and using the existing hole in the top lever axle to locat the drill bit, then clamp the vise down. Install Yoke in the vised action and drill the Yoke right through the existing hole in the axle, then remove and tap the hole in the yoke for the screw.

Is this the right way, or is there a better way?
