KR, keep in mind that to use the value system where a BV1 name is compared to a BV2 or BV3 name, there must have been guns of comparable OQ grade. In my experience, it is entirely possible to find best work guns (OQ1) with obscure names (BV3). Likewise, it is entirely possible to find BV1 named guns of, say, OQ6 quality (a second grade BLE). So, sure, you can have BV3 named guns of OQ1 quality grade (best work SLE). Only someone who is trying to prove that quality is name related will argue that only BV1 guns can be best work.
IMO, one must learn to sort guns by BV, OQ, and CC (current condition) to have an understanding of where the price came from.
