All I have at the moment is that it started business as William Truelock in Britain Street, Dublin around 1814. The name changed in the mid 1800's to Truelock & Harris. Harris being his son-in-law. Moved to 9, Dawson Street, Dublin around the turn of the century. It later became Truelock Bros. and moved to 13, Parliament Square, Dublin. I can't seem to get any exact dates but some of the members on this boaed subscribe to The Internet Gun Club and their records may be a bit more comprehensive.
