Weather was definitely tough early Sunday, but sunny by noon, so there were a wide range of shooters. One of things I find particulary interesting about the course at Hausman's is that its primarily a wooded course and the targets are presented more as "hunter" targets than traditional sporting targets. Compared to the Vintagers (Pintail Point) or the Southern (Deep River) venues, most of the targets require shooting through or around thick cover and trees and the light can be tricky. In that sense, it does a great job of replicating hunting grouse or woodcock. Each of the venues has its pluses, but this is the aspect of Hausman's Hidden Hollow I think is the most fun (unless you're a tree, of course!)
