Very eloquent, Bushmaster! Had a 30's $&$ choked Superposed which was so worn on the outside, it was a real river biscuit and yet it hadn't been abused. In an active life as a "favorite" (I'm speculating from the evidence) target gun it hadn't even been dented--barrels or stock. Unfortunately, some look less like they've been "draped" with honest wear and consistent care and more like they went thru a window a few times. See you're out of Iver Johnson land and moving up town on the trap guns.
