It is a Belgian. Thank you guys so much for the knowledge that you have shared with me. The people at the Bass Pro has found a gun that matches mine on GunBroker. The buy it now price is $325 but I don't know if that is too high or in line with what I should have to pay. I will try and get some low pressure loads for the gun, would 2 3/4" shells work in it.

No, and unless you can find the mark with a lion and the letters PV on the barrels it will only ever have been proofed for black powder and that is even if the barrels are still in good order. It will almost certainly have 2 1/2" chambers, this is usually indicated by the chamber length in Millimeters i.e. 65 for 2 1/2" and 70 for 2 3/4"; you should find those on the barrel flats also. Best having it well checked out before use. Lagopus.....
