What's wrong with it? You don't say anything about whether the gun fits you and whether that matters, so why get a new stock? Looks like the checkering could be chased; it's visible in foto. Got plenty of dents which could be raised by steam and heat. The cracked off horn could be jointed off and a dutchman glued on and faired in. What catchs my eye is the worn down drop point and wood below the lockplate left hand side. There's been some talk on this forum about laminating new "cheeks" to a stock head shy of the action or receiver (or in this case, lockplates). I've never done this but it might be a technique that would apply to you stock. Whether these things are possible for you, I can't say. If you have 400 Euros to throw, by all means go that way.
